EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Las Palmas Medical Center celebrated the first birthday of El Paso’s most recent set of quintuplets, who spent 23 weeks in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Family, hospital staff and friends celebrated the quintuplets’ first birthday on Wednesday, June 4. The children are Kyla, Joseph, Jackson, Viviana and Isabella.
According to Las Palmas, Theresa Troia, the mother of the quintuplets, delivered the babies at 28 weeks on June 3, 2025.
“Theresa remained under the care of physicians at Del Sol Medical Center during her pregnancy, and she received around-the-clock support from a dedicated team of maternal-fetal and NICU specialists at both hospitals,” read part of a news release from Las Palmas…
