EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — While Meta’s planned data center in Northeast El Paso is still under construction, some nearby residents say they’re already noticing changes in their neighborhoods.
Residents who live near the construction site told KTSM 9 News they have noticed more noise, dust and construction activity as crews continue work on the massive facility.
“It looks like an amusement park over there,” resident Tara Mitchell said. “It was the first thing I said to my husband. It’s very, very bright.”…
