EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Fire Department has been undergoing some recent changes, including the opening of its $23 million Central Fire Station last week. The City of El Paso and the El Paso Association of Firefighters are also in the middle of on-going negotiations on a new collective bargaining agreement.
Jonathan Killings, Fire Chief of the El Paso Fire Department, joined KTSM 9 News anchor Andy Morgan on Thursday, July 16, to talk about the department in a wide-ranging conversation.
