EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Some parents in Socorro Independent School District say their children are returning home from school complaining about hot classrooms and hallways just days into the new school year, raising concerns about air-conditioning issues at several campuses.
One parent, Tiara Dueck, said her daughter came home from school overheated after attending classes at Spc. Rafael Hernando III Middle School.
