EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The shine on classic vehicles and bikes dazzled El Pasoans at a showcase showing the region’s top lowrider projects from builders, families and clubs.
Bright colors also amazed with the newly installed finishes on Chevys and Fords as people posed for pictures next to the cars — plenty of them with a shoutout to the community “Chuco” and “Chuco Town 915.”
“I think the quality of the cars has never been better,” Isaac Chiu, one of the organizers who helped bring all the builders together for the Lowdown Downtown Lowriding Experience. “It’s a cultural phenomenon because, it’s a family thing too, because these cars, they take so much dedication.
