EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Today marks the beginning of a new school year for several districts, including the El Paso Independent School District, the largest in the area.
Principal of Charles Q. Murphee PK-8, Wanda Johnson, joined KTSM 9 News for a live interview this morning.
As the district continues to bounce back from its financial exigency declaration, a $450 million bond proposal will be presented on Tuesday, Aug. 4.
