EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A traffic stop in Horizon City led to the arrest of a 22-year-old man on an active warrant for possession of a controlled substance, Horizon Police said.
At about 11:15 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 10, a Horizon Police officer saw a vehicle displaying an expired temporary registration.

The officer pulled the vehicle over and made contact with the driver — identified as Joshua Alejandro Rivera.
