El Paso Stores May Have Foods Linked to Jalapeño Recall

Another day, another recall. *Rolls my eyes*

First we were warned about lettuce that would give us diarrhea and now the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service is warning about contaminated JALAPENOS!!

Yup. If you have fresh jalapeños, salsa, guacamole or prepared foods in your refrigerator, you may want to take a closer look at the labels because Coast Citrus Distributors has voluntarily recalled fresh jalapeños grown in Mexico after the peppers were linked to a Salmonella outbreak that has sickened 345 people across 27 states, according to federal health officials and recent reports.
