EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A man was arrested for violating his parole and possessing fentanyl on Wednesday, Aug. 12, according to the El Paso County Constable’s Office Precinct #6.
Precinct Six Deputy Constables assisted agents with the Texas Office of the Inspector General (OIG) in attempting to locate 37-year-old Milton Smith, a wanted subject with a felony parole warrant.
