EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – El Paso Animal Services (EPAS) is celebrating Foster Appreciation Week by recognizing the community members who open their homes to shelter pets.
According to EPAS, thousands of shelter pets were allowed to recover and find permanent homes last year, thanks to the support of foster volunteers.
