EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A woman is accused of causing about $1,500 in damage to another driver’s SUV following a traffic dispute in the line at the Bridge of the Americas, according to a complaint affidavit.
Lucina Martinez Chavez, 55, is accused of criminal mischief involving damage between $750 and $2,500.
