EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A man was arrested for indecent exposure in the presence of two juveniles, according to the Socorro Police Department.
At 9 a.m. on July 29, officers met with two juvenile victims who reported that 31-year-old Juan Cortez exposed himself and engaged in a sexual act, police said.
The juveniles told officers he intentionally attempted to gain their attention by making suggestive vocal sounds while they were walking to school near the 9900 block of Morocco.
