EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Authorities are asking the public for help in identifying a man who allegedly abandoned a dog in South Central El Paso, leaving it tied to a bench.
According to Crime Stoppers of El Paso, on July 30, a man was caught on surveillance video tying a dog to a bench in the area of 821 S. El Paso St., near the Paso Del Norte border bridge.
