EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Video from the scene of a reported carjacking shows a woman sobbing uncontrollably as a man recording the footage reassures her, saying, “It’s OK, it’s fine, it’s OK.”
The video shows law enforcement officers from the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, the Texas Department of Public Safety and U.S. Border Patrol at a Speedway convenience store.
