HORIZON CITY, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Police are asking people to stay away from a neighborhood in Horizon City after a heavy police presence in the area.
On Monday, the Horizon City Police Department posted on social media that officers are responding to the 14000 block of Sand Gate Drive, asking people to avoid the area.
