EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — An 18-year-old man is dead following a single-vehicle rollover crash early Sunday morning, April 26 in far East El Paso, according to the El Paso Police Department.
At around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, officers with the Special Traffic Investigation unit were dispatched to the 12200 block of Montana in reference to a single vehicle crash.
