EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The University of Texas at El Paso will not allow guests to climb the mountain to watch K-pop group BTS’ concert at the Sun Bowl.
The warning was said during a media roundtable on Tuesday, April 21, discussing the city’s biggest entertainment night, happening on Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3.
“People from El Paso, would they love to go into the mountain and watch the show,” Jorge Vasquez, Assistant Vice President for UTEP Special Events said.
UTEP officials are asking residents to stay off the mountain, as it would be “dangerous.”…
