Sinclairville Man Charged With DWI After Traffic Stop in Stockton

(WNY News Now) – A Sinclairville man is facing multiple charges after Chautauqua County deputies allegedly observed a traffic violation in the Town of Stockton late Thursday night.

According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, deputies on road patrol conducted a traffic stop at approximately 10:16 p.m. on May 21, 2026, in Stockton, New York. Following a roadside investigation, deputies determined that the driver, 40-year-old Mitchell G. Hoinski of Sinclairville, was allegedly operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Authorities said Hoinski was taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office for processing…
