For the past year, Leroy Hall has been the co-owner of Hemptations LLP on W. 26th Street.
“We’re just a hemp dispensary,” said Hall. “Everything here is federally compliant, under the 2018 Farm Bill. That’s all we really do here. We keep vapes, flower, concentrates, edibles, slushies, and drinks. Everything hemp based.”
