Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle collision around 8:30 this morning near the intersection of Old Zuck Road and Zimmerly Road that resulted in three people being transported from the scene by ambulance.
The collision involved a Chevrolet Equinox and an Acura MDX. First responders arrived to assess the occupants and secure the area as traffic was affected during the emergency response.
When Erie News Now arrived on scene, emergency personnel were actively working the incident and evaluating those involved. Three individuals were taken by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment. The extent of their injuries is not available at this time.
