Four Erie residents are facing charges after Pennsylvania State Police say they stole more than $1,800 worth of merchandise from multiple stores at the Grove City Premium Outlets before being stopped on Interstate 79.
According to a Pennsylvania State Police, troopers were dispatched to the Grove City Premium Outlets in Springfield Township, Mercer County, for a retail theft investigation stemming from incidents that occurred on July 20.
