The City of Erie Fire Department responded to multiple fires Tuesday afternoon, including a house fire on East 44th Street.
According to Erie Fire Chief Leonard Trott, the Millcreek Fire Department was the first to arrive at the East 44th Street home while Erie firefighters were responding to separate fires near east seventh and Holland streets and on the city’s west side.
