A new manufacturing facility could be built on Erie’s waterfront, and at Wednesday’s City Council meeting, council members voted to advance to the next stage of the process.
The Nine Ships Company submitted a request via a consulting firm for waterfront conditional use at a property on the 1300 block of East Lake Road, the old Hammermill site.
