Emergency crews responded to an accident along Route 19 south of Waterford Thursday afternoon that wound up shutting down traffic after one vehicle crashed into a building, severing a gas line.
That accident happened around 1:25 p.m. Thursday afternoon when the driver of the vehicle left the roadway for an unknown reason, struck a building and several cars, sending one of those vehicles into Leboeuf Lake.
