(WJET/WFXP)– The Pennsylvania man accused of impersonating an officer from the City of Erie to lure three children into his car at Frontier Park will spend the next few years in prison upon receiving his sentence on Tuesday.
According to Assistant District Attorney Shane Kaliszewski, 36-year-old Jacob Clark of Mercer, PA, was sentenced to 30 to 80 months in prison, followed by two years of supervised release for the incident on September 30, 2025.

Clark previously pleaded guilty to felony possession of a weapon, along with misdemeanor luring a child into a motor vehicle and impersonating a public servant on January 22.
