Eugene man arrested in string of stolen vehicle cases, hit-and-run investigation
A 25-year-old Eugene man has been arrested in connection with multiple stolen vehicle investigations, including a hit-and-run that seriously injured a bicyclist, according to the Eugene Police Department.
