PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Eugene man was convicted of sexually assaulting a teen girl in the parking lot of a department store two years ago.
Chase Macklin, 35, was found guilty of two counts of sexual abuse, delivery of a controlled substance to a minor, unlawful contact with a child, and other charges by a Lane County jury on Wednesday.
