Arrest made in suspected bias-crime assault at Eugene restaurant

Police arrested a 45-year-old man on suspicion of a bias crime Wednesday, April 15, after a reported assault of a Quechua man.

Scott Eric Walrod is alleged to have grabbed and pushed the man to the ground April 10 at Fisherman’s Market in Eugene.
