EUGENE, Ore. — Witnesses took the stand Monday inside the Federal Court in Eugene as a lawsuit against PeaceHealth Oregon unfolded.
Eugene Emergency Physicians, the local group that has provided Emergency Department physicians and physicians assistants to PeaceHealth Riverbend and PeaceHealth Cottage Grove over the last 35 years filed the lawsuit in March.
