EUGENE, Ore. – Springfield Creamery’s brand, Nancy’s Probiotic Foods, won top honors at an international food competition in France.
More than 10,000 samples from 58 countries were taste-tested at the Concours International de Lyon. The annual contest finds the best wine, beer, spirits, cheese and dairy products in the world. Nancy’s European Style Organic Unsalted Butter took home the gold medal in the churned butter category. It was the only American product to win first place in the cheese and dairy products group.
