A Eugene fine dining staple has permanently closed its doors.
Izakaya Meiji owners announced the restaurant’s April 30 closure with a sign in the window of the Whiteaker establishment. According to social media posts on Reddit and Facebook, the entire staff of the restaurant was laid off as well.
