EUGENE, Ore. — A man was taken to the hospital after drinking an unknown substance during an arrest in Eugene on Monday, the Eugene police Department said.
At 3:25 p.m. on April 30, 45-year-old Tracy Justin Cooke came to retrieve property at a Eugene Police Evidence facility – but employees found he had three warrants.
