JUNCTION CITY, Ore. — A Boston terrier named Millie is safe after getting trapped in the roots of a tree stump, prompting a confined space emergency response in Junction City.

Junction City Fire & Rescue said Engineer Rhett Powers and Engineer Kennedy Zaragoza were called to the incident, where the dog was “stuck in the roots of a tree stump and in distress.”
