EUGENE, Ore. — The Eugene Police Department advised motorists Wednesday afternoon to avoid the area near 15th Avenue and High Street due to a crash between a vehicle and a pedestrian.
At 1:28 p.m. on May 20, a bicyclist was riding south on High Street in the bicycle lane and was hit by a truck going east on E. 15th Avenue.
