HENDERSON, Ky. (WFIE) – A woman who was shot in a deputy-involved shooting in Henderson last year is now suing several officers.
It happened on July 10, but 14 News didn’t find out about it until 20 days later, when the station received a tip.
Timberlynn Floyd was a passenger last July when a Henderson County deputy opened fire during a police chase. She survived, but a lawsuit claims the shooting was reckless, unjustified and based on a lie.
