Drivers being warned about oversized super load in Princeton Thursday

GIBSON COUNTY, Ind. (WFIE) – The Princeton Police Department is putting out the warning now about something that will impact travel along State Road 64.

On a social media post Wednesday night, Princeton PD says a commercial transport vehicle will be traveling from Oakland City through Princeton on westbound State Road 64. Authorities say this vehicle travels anywhere from 10 to 15 MPH and is massive.

Police say once the vehicle reaches right around the Dairy Queen on West Broadway St./SR 64, where east and west traffic has four lanes, then eastbound traffic will most likely be able to proceed eastbound. When east and westbound is only two lanes, the transport will most likely take up both lanes and vehicles will have to move out of the way…
