Warrick County officials sound alarm over vandalism at Friedman Park

WARRICK COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT) — Officials with the Warrick County Park’s Foundation are asking guests to not cut down any plants at Friedman Park.

The organization took to social media to express this is a situation they never thought they’d be making a post about. Recently, Warrick County park officials noticed some newly planted hydrangeas had been cut at Friedman Park.

The flowers were donated by Janice Miller, a Newburgh based real estate agent in memory of her late husband. Officials say although wildlife will come and eat the plants, they believe the flowers were cut because they were all clipped at the same level…
