A new community art project is about to give local artists something Evansville has never had before: a legal place to create graffiti.
On Saturday, August 15, community members are invited to help celebrate the grand opening of Evansville’s first public graffiti wall, where anyone can contribute artwork while following a few simple guidelines.
The project aims to celebrate graffiti as an art form while creating a space that evolves over time as new artist leave their mark.
