EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – A suspect previously arrested in connection with a deadly overdose is back in jail.
Vanderburgh County Jail records show Zachary Wagner, 25, was booked Monday.
Wagner was arrested on a warrant for charges of dealing resulting in death and dealing drugs.
