HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – East Heights Elementary School has a new principal to start the year.
District officials state Ryan Maher was announced to the role. Maher has 20 years of experience in the education sector, including experience as an assistant principal, instructional coach and elementary school teacher.
“I am excited and honored to join the East Heights Elementary family!” said Maher. “This year marks my 20th year in education, and I am grateful for the many opportunities I have had to grow as an educator and serve students, families and staff. I am especially excited to bring my experience and enthusiasm to East Heights while learning from the incredible students, staff and families who make this school special.
