Evansville Speakeasy Hush Is Coming Back, Well, Kinda

Last October, I shared the news that Evansville’s beloved speakeasy, Hush, had closed its doors. If you’d never had the chance to make it into the 1920s-themed bar, it was meticulously crafted and curated by owner Brendon Meier. There were actual antiques, real movie props, a baby grand piano, and a lot of attention to detail.

Meier sold the space to someone planning to use it as a private bar, officially ending Hush as we knew it. At the time, Meier thanked the community for an incredible run and left us with a pretty intriguing tease.
