EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – A medical emergency ended with a driver crashing into a barn and waking up in handcuffs. Kyle Cassada has been cleared of assaulting police, but his family says the effects of his arrest have not gone away.
Bodycam footage shows Kyle acting combative and uncooperative during the encounter, but doctors said he was having a seizure. Felony charges against him were dropped, but his family says the damage to his reputation is already done.
