EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — The Evansville City council will soon consider an ordnance that would pause development and construction of data centers.
City Council documents say on Monday, the council will consider Ordinance G-2026-18. The ordnance would impose a pause on the processing and approval of all applications, permits and approvals of data centers for 180 days.
