EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — Residents of Oakhill Road on Evansville’s Eastside are speaking out after years of deteriorating conditions in their neighborhood. Recent images shared on social media show trash piled in yards, broken glass scattered across streets, and abandoned trailer homes leaning dangerously, drawing widespread attention.

Neighbors say the conditions have persisted for years, making daily life hazardous. Several residents report tripping over debris and risking injury while trying to get to their cars or homes.
