EVANSVILLE,IN- Residents on the east side of Evansville are beginning to see signs of progress as the city works to clear out damaged homes and long-standing debris from a troubled property.
What was once filled with trash, deteriorating trailers, and unsafe conditions is now being transformed. In just over a day, crews contracted by the city have begun tearing down condemned structures and hauling away years of accumulated waste.
