GIBSON COUNTY, Ky. (WFIE) – Gibson County Sheriff’s Deputy and former sheriff George Ballard and his wife continued an annual tradition today.
According to a GCSO Facebook post, George and Linda Ballard have been putting law enforcement flags on area grave-sites for 15 years.
