HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — 84 local middle school students will be going to Walt Disney World next year, all apart of Cops Connecting with Kids (CCWK).
The kids will fly out of the Evansville Regional Airport next January. This will be the group’s first departure from Evansville.
“For many of these students, this will be their first time on an airplane, staying in a hotel and traveling away from home,” said Doug Daza, CCWK Board President. “We’re incredibly grateful for the partnership with Evansville Regional Airport and Breeze in helping make this experience possible and create a meaningful opportunity for our students that starts right here at home.”…
