Two people arrested in Evansville following burglary investigation

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — The Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office has made two arrests following a burglary investigation.

According to officials, deputies responded to the 2600 block of Ashwood Ave for a reported residential burglary in progress around 1:56 a.m. on Wednesday. The caller reported two male suspects on security cameras attempting to gain entry to a shed and later attempting to force entry into the residence.

When deputies arrived, they saw two suspect running away on foot. Officials say one suspect, identified as Tristan Schulz, 38, was detained shortly after the incident. Deputies also located a clack truck they believed to be related to the burglary, recovering burglary tools and a flashlight from the vehicle…
