The Fayetteville Outer Loop’s I-295 segment grabbed a National Award of Merit in the Transportation category from the Design-Build Institute of America. According to Construction Owners, this six-mile stretch links Camden Road in Cumberland County with I-95 in Robeson County. It took almost eight years to complete.
