HOPE MILLS, N.C. (WNCN) — A teenage girl has died from her injuries after a shooting early Saturday morning in Hope Mills.
According to the town’s police department, officers responded around 12:20 a.m. to a shooting on Fox Ridge Drive at an apartment complex.
Police told CBS 17 that a 16-year-old girl was shot in the arm and chest. A spokesperson said Saturday morning that she died from her injuries after being taken to a nearby hospital.
No arrests have been reported by police at this time…
